The staff was amicable, helpful, and responded promptly to requests. Got a standard triple room with comfortable beds as expected, really enjoyed it. the location was unbeatable, being really close to shops, the bus stop, and restaurants.

no complaints, i had a good stay and would want to stay there again. the breakfast was large and amazing with lots of food. the room was generous sized and brand-new and equipped with good breakfast, comfortable beds, as example as described.

The standard double room was brand-new and spacious with comfortable beds. Essentials like a minibar, multi-channel TV, and a writing table were provided. the location was great and ideal for exploring the downtown area, just a short walk to Foz do Iguacu's restaurants.

O quarto era bastante simples,ar condicionado barulhento (impossivel mante-lo ligado por mais de alguns minutos) diferente do mostrado nas fotos, mas muito limpo e organizado. O cafe da manha e razoavel, a localizacao e muito boa-proximo a pontos de taxi e o terminal de onibus (de onde e possivel pegar onibus para todos os pontos da cidade)e o atendimento foi muito bom.

O quarto era bastante simples,ar condicionado barulhento (impossível mante-lo ligado por mais de alguns minutos) diferente do mostrado nas fotos, mas muito limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é razoável, a localização é muito boa-próximo a pontos de táxi e o terminal de ônibus (de onde é possível pegar ônibus para todos os pontos da cidade)e o atendimento foi muito bom

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Despite being a budget choice, it exceeded my expectations in various aspects. the staff at the reception desk were incredibly kind and polite, offering a warm welcome. Secondly, the location of the hotel was excellent, with restaurants, pharmacies, and an ATM just around the corner. Most importantly, it was conveniently situated within walking distance of the bus terminal, making it easy to explore the breathtaking waterfalls. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with comfortable beds and the breakfast served was satisfactory.

There is room for improvement, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Iguaçu and I can't recommend it enough. the location was perfect - right in the center of the city, close to the bus station. This made it super convenient for exploring the area, especially the famous falls. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with any requests or questions. Another great aspect was the comfortable beds in the rooms. After a long day of sightseeing, it was a relief to come back to a cozy and comfortable bed to relax in. And let's not forget about the breakfast - there was a great variety of delicious options to choose from, ensuring I started each day off on the right foot. my experience at this hotel was outstanding, and I'll definitely be returning in the future.

During our trip to the incredible waterfalls, we stayed at a hotel in a prime location, close to the bus terminal for easy transportation. the service was impeccable, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist us. the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, providing energy for our excursions. the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, equipped with reliable wifi for our convenience. we enjoyed the pool area for unwinding after a long day, and the tour assistance provided by the hotel was a fantastic bonus.

There was some wear and tear around the pool area that could have been improved upon.
